Project consists of the removal of the entire south façade and rebuilding new tenant storefronts with 9,000 additional square feet of retail space. South parking area will be renovated to re-orient the drive aisles and create a dramatic entrance to the shopping center with a new round-about. A water feature and new tower element will be added at the main entry to the mall.
